IMPORTANT: Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

RETURNS

 Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged in any form.

How do I return my online purchase?

Doesn’t fit? Didn’t work? No sweat! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Warranty and Return Policy for guidelines on how to make a return.

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center. Please allow additional time for international orders.

You can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 2-3 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank.

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

EXCHANGE

Need to make a change?

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days for a full refund and re-order your replacement item. Please read our Warranty and Return Policy for guidelines on how to make a return.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns on eligible items must be made within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the return.
  • All items are subject to inspection.
  • Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please note: Only items purchased through Raddio.co may be returned to our online warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Excluding USA and Colombia)

International customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping fees (including taxes and duties).  Once we receive your return, we will process your refund for all eligible, inspected and approved items.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive an additional email at the time your order ships that will include the shipping tracking number to trace your package.

If you have a Raddio account, you may also check the status of your order by clicking on the order number within your account. From there, you will be able to view the full details of your order, including the status and tracking number.

ORDERS

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Raddio, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Raddio reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal

Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be canceled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2″ below your natural waist.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
